HEALTH SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR, FORT ST. JOHN & AREA

Position Summary

Are you interested in an opportunity to grow professionally within a positive and progressive culture? Northern Health is seeking a Health Service Administrator with significant management and leadership experience to join Northern Health.

Provides leadership in the planning, integration, delivery and evaluation of programs and services for the assigned site or health service delivery area in the context of a regional system of service delivery. Ensures that quality patient/client/resident care is provided and that the strategic goals and objectives of the Northern Health and HSDA Business Plan are achieved. Supports and collaborates with the Senior Management Team of the HSDA to build and implement strategic priorities.

Starting salary will be approximately from $155,327 to $194,159 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

Qualifications

• A Masters Degree in a Health Administration or a related discipline;
• Plus seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in progressively senior health care administration roles, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
